Welcome to Farmers Food Hub! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Farmers Food Hub platform (“Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.
Farmers Food Hub operates exclusively within the United Kingdom and facilitates transactions between Vendors (“Farmers”) and Customers. All payments are processed online through a secure payment gateway, and withdrawals are made exclusively to Vendor PayPal accounts.
• Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform.
• Vendors agree to adhere to all applicable UK laws and regulations governing the sale of their goods.
To register as a Vendor, you must provide:
• Name or Business Name
• Business Address
• Contact Information
• PayPal Account
No specific documentation or certifications are required for Vendors to join Farmers Food Hub
• Vendors keep 95% of all sales made through their store after fees. Payment gateway charges are 1.5% + 0.25p per transaction (subject to change by the provider).
• Farmers Food Hub retains a 5% commission for website administration.
• Vendors can withdraw funds every 7 days, provided a minimum withdrawal limit of £50 is met. All withdrawals must be made to a valid PayPal account.

Vendor’s Share (95%): £93.34
Farmers Food Hub’s Share (5%): £4.91
• Vendors may list and sell a variety of goods, provided they comply with UK regulations.
• Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
– Adult content
– Counterfeit goods
– Items restricted by UK law
• Vendors must provide accurate descriptions of their products, including:
– Ingredients (if applicable)
– Allergens
– Pricing
• Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and professionally.
• Shipping policies, including costs and timelines, are determined by each Vendor and must be clearly outlined in product listings.
• Refund and return policies are specific to each Vendor.
• Customers must contact Vendors directly to discuss their return policies or resolve any disputes regarding refunds or returns.
• Payments for products are processed online through the platform’s secure system.
• Vendors are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on their earnings.
• Users (Vendors and Customers) may post content, including reviews and images, to the Website. By doing so, you grant Farmers Food Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and display this content.
• All trademarks, service marks, and intellectual property associated with Farmers Food Hub are the property of their respective owners.
You agree not to:
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Use the platform for any illegal activities.
• Breach the Website’s security or interfere with other users.
• Farmers Food Hub is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions between Vendors and Customers.
• Farmers Food Hub does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of goods listed on the platform.
Farmers Food Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms or any fraudulent activity.
This platform operates under the laws of the United Kingdom. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in UK courts.
Farmers Food Hub reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
