Farmers Food Hub is an online marketplace where local farmers and vendors in the UK can sell their products directly to customers. It’s designed to connect buyers with fresh, high-quality, and locally sourced goods.

Any farmer or small-scale producer based in the UK can sign up to sell their products on Farmers Food Hub. No specific certifications or documentation are required to join.

Vendors can sell a wide range of farm-fresh and locally produced goods, such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products, baked goods, and more. However, adult content, counterfeit items, and any products prohibited by UK law are strictly not allowed.

Payments for products are processed securely online. Vendors receive their earnings through PayPal, with funds available for withdrawal every 7 days, provided the minimum withdrawal limit of £50 is met.

It’s free to sign up as a Vendor. Farmers Food Hub retains a 5% commission from each sale to cover website administration, while Vendors keep 95% of their earnings after payment processing fees.

Shipping is managed by individual Vendors. Each Vendor sets their own shipping rates and timelines, which will be displayed in their product listings. Customers should contact Vendors directly for specific shipping inquiries.

Each Vendor has their own policy regarding returns and refunds. Customers should check the product listing for details or contact the Vendor directly to resolve any issues. Farmers Food Hub does not manage refunds but may mediate disputes if needed.
